For diamonds, sapphires & rubies: Upon order submission, you’d receive a special submission kit to send us your pet’s fur, hair, or ashes.

Follow the instructions to submit the recommended amount to our state-of-the-art facilities in Switzerland and Austria.

Extracting the carbon

For diamonds: Fur, hair, or ashes are finely milled into nanoparticles before a special solvent is applied to remove unstable impurities by high-speed centrifuge, then heated up to extremely high temperatures.

Automated temperature controls, stirring speed, and precise chemical reagent quantities are used to achieve 4N Purity (99.99%). After a 5,000-minute process, the purification is so flawless even oxygen atoms are eliminated.

For sapphires & rubies: A special chemical process extracts the necessary elements before they are incorporated into the crystal structure. Using high temperatures exceeding 2,300°C, aluminium oxide then seamlessly blends with these elements.

Close monitoring at every stage ensures the end result is a flawless sapphire or ruby made to your desired specifications.

Creating your Soul Stone

For diamonds: Diamond formation begins when the purified carbon atoms attach to our single-crystal diamond seed extracted from the top 0.1% of quality natural diamonds.

Our High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT) process mimics the natural environment needed to grow the Soul Stone to your desired features at 0.5-1.0 mg/hour. The slower the growth, the more flawless the diamond.

For sapphires & rubies: Our gemstones are cut to the highest standards, with each facet being processed at least 4 times. Our skilled gemstone cutters invest an average of 700 peaks through the magnifying glass until the facets interact in perfect harmony.

Each flawlessly cut gemstone is then set into a jewellery piece as requested.

For diamonds: After approximately 11 months, your memorial diamond is now fully grown and expertly polished to your preferred cut, before securely delivered to your doorstep.

For sapphires & rubies: After 30-50 working days, your memorial sapphire or ruby is now fully grown and expertly polished to your preferred cut, before securely delivered to your doorstep.
